Heat treatment

The chain plates, the driving wheels, the guidingwheels and the idler wheels are treated bymedium frequency heat treatment, and thenstress is removed by tempering to obtain stableproducts with a surface hardness of more thanHRC52.

Track detection

The track after quenching and tempering, thesurface heat treatment hardness is HRCs0-HRC56, the deep layer is 6-8 millimeters, and ithas gone through multiple processes such asmagnetic particle flaw detection and metallographic testing.

Precision forging

After forging, the product structure is moredense, improving the strength of the product andthe reliability of its use.
